Here are all of the not-tiny production wines in our current release-- 2 bottles of each, so that you can try one now and save one for later delight. This release is naturally weighted toward wines of summer, with the exception of the Androkteinos. It will be an excellent steak on the grill (or roast chard) wine of course; it is in this release because now is the time to bottle it. The other three wines are sort of white wines.

  whole-cluster pressed Cinsault; no color, lots of power
  
• 2006 SAN FLORIANO NORMALE
  skin-fermented Pinot Grigio, aged for 5 years in barrel
  
• 09 ANDROKTEINOS
  beautiful, exotic, whole-cluster fermented syrah
