Chef Seth and I hatched this idea after my good friend Desiree and I ordered so much food at the pass one night that we had to take home full bags of leftovers. She and I threatened that we were going to open a Pass and Provisions pop-up the next day with our haul. Chef countered by saying: "F*ck that. We will do one together. Off site, at a secret location." Originally, he and I were going to cook together, but he kicked me out of the kitchen. Instead, I will be your sommelier for the evening.
We are going to host 16 of you at a secret location in Houston, not a restaurant, but an industrial space that belongs to one of Seth's friends. Chef Seth will prepare four courses, and I will pour 4 flights of wine, with 2 wines in each course. I will pour our new 2014 Blowout Sparkling Wine, one current release, and 5 very special library wines.
I have never done anything like this, and I am so excited. There will be nothing like it.
The price includes both tax and tip.
