It is such an honor and a pleasure to welcome back Monica and Courtney-- two of our very first guests at 12 Seats. This will be Courtney's third visit-- the most of any guest.

They will be accompanied by two amazing Saké brewers from Japan, both in Monica's Komé Collective portfolio, both well represented at Courtney's Ototo: Miho Fujita of Yuho and Tetsuro Igarashi of Tensei.

We will drink 4 sakés of theirs and two wines of ours-- including the very first public tasting of a wine of Kaeley's: the 2024 Widow Black.

We will also drink Champagne no doubt. What goes better with Saké?
