How did I get hold of this oil? 

There was a terrible shortage of olives in 2024-- with many factors behind the shortfall. Because of this, we could not offer any Tenbrink Olio Nuovo this year. We are making up for this through two channels: we are offering two nes Olio Nuovos, one from the a ranch in the Sierras, one from a winery in Napa.  Both are milled by Il Fiorello-- the amazing millers of the Tenbrink olio since year 1.

And we have sourced 30 gallons of what was originally 2024 Tenbrink Pick 2 Olio Nuovo-- but stored for 12 months in the dark and cool of the warehouse. This was also milled by Il Fiorello, of course.

This was an oversight, but thank goodness that it occurred. We are offering the 2024 Extra Virgin oil, (that would have been Olio Nuovo a year ago) for $0.78 per ounce, less than what I pay for very good, but rather industrial, EVOO for use at the at home and at the winery: .

I have designed and ordered beautiful old school labels for this year's oil, based on tile designs uncovered at Mt. Vesuvius. We won't get them from the printers until immediately after Thanksgiving. IF YOU WANT THE OIL BEFORE THANKSGIVING, let me know and I will ship it Wednesday or Thursday without labels. I can mail the labels later.

Otherwise, we will ship the labeled gallons on December 4.

We have 30 one gallon food-grade tins.
