Quality looks insanely good this year, with potential for a truly exceptional harvest. One factor in this year's exquisite quality cuts both ways: We estimate that there is less than half of the fruit there was last year. 

We will still be able to offer a little bit of oil from the 3d and 4th picks, one week after the first pick.

We will begin shipping all oils on November 11.
