Quality looks insanely good this year, with potential for a truly exceptional harvest. One factor in this year's exquisite quality cuts both ways: We estimate that there is less than half of the fruit there was last year.
Consequently I am offering much less oil. We think that we will pick most of the fruit on the first day, so I am offering both 36 2-bottle packs from Days 1 and 2, and an additional 30 4-bottle packs from with two bottles each from Days 1 and 2.
I really hope that we will find that there is more fruit out there than we think-- then I will offer more oil. But we won't know until we begin picking.
We plan to begin picking on October 7, begin bottling two days later, bottle on October 9, and begin shipping immediately.
We will fill your gallon jug with oil from the first or second pick, you tell us which.
We can't ship these jugs. If you want one, we will either come to you on our National Tour, or we will replace with smaller bottles and ship. Or you can pick it up at the winery.
