We so love this wine!

This is out third vintage of this wine, the only blended white that we make.

This year, we took juice from Palomino grapes harvested on the Galleano home ranch, and mixed white fruit harvested from Maglite, and fermented them together. In the early Fall, before the wines began resting for the winter, we blended in some Lopez Palomino and about 5% Zinfandel Blanc de Noir. The wine is a pale pink, exotically perfumed. It is utterly charming, more fragrant than any of the individual components alone, and perhaps a little more powerful.
