I am coming to the epicenter of the Natural Wine movement, Copenhangen-- to hold a tasting with its passionate crown prince, Solfinn. We are going to host about 12 people for two hours at his shop, and open a dozen bottles, which we will drink and discuss together. As Solfinn, says, "no spitting will be encouraged."

We will open 2014 Sylphs and 2102 LSB, from the Library. We will open two 2015 Vexebo wines, made from the Solaris hybrid grape, grown on a farm on 40 kilometers from Copenhagen. Solfinn has chose ten more wines from his shop, representing both the classical and what I expect to be utterly paradeigmatic examples of natural wine. It will be wonderful and amazing if you buy a ticket. 

It is not a lecture, so you don't have to arrive promptly. But get there as early as you can. Do not miss a drop.
