Since Alex Kongsgaard and I made our Tour of the Northern Lands this Spring, I have been thinking much about the nature of natural wines. We will gather in Dallas to drink some natural wines and and some more conventional ones, and we will inquire into the relationship of this movement to revolution and self-expression and joy. I am neither a proponent nor a detractor-- but a practicioner and a critic at once. There will be ten wines, only a few of them mine. They will all very good and very special.

Please arrive by 7-- you may come earlier and hang out. But we are going to start thinking and drinking together promptly at 5:05.
